Can Residents File a Complaint Before the NGT Against Pollution in India?
It might seem silly to say but your business can operate successfully but still be unable to repay its loan from the bank. When your customers don’t pay you. When you have excess stock you haven’t sold and your employees and vendors need payments but there is no incoming cash flow for your business. When working capital dries up your loan begins going past due.
A lot of micro small & medium enterprises go through this dilemma.
Imagine a MSME Manufacturer from Noida. He secured a business loan worth 35 Lakh rupees. Bought machines and hired workers with the mentality that he will sell higher quantities of product. 2 of his clients didn’t pay him lump sums he was looking for and fell behind on his loan payments.
The bank started sending him overdue notices. He was being charged interest and now he was worried about losing his machines and commercial property. He used these as collateral for his loan.
Should he close down shop and pay off the bank? Can he negotiate with bank for a lower emi? Will they just forgive me of some money?
If your business is unable to pay back what you originally signed for your loan. You may want to look into an msme overdue loan settlement. The borrower can negotiate with his bank/financial institution to restructure your loan. Payment terms or a one time settlement (OTS). Any of these accommodations would be up to the financial institutions.
An msme loan settlement is when a borrower and lender agree to settle certain terms of its business-loan demands. This may include them taking a hit on a certain amount. Or your dues could be waived completely. Or any other type of arrangement that works for settling the demands of your loan. Just because you settle your loan doesnt mean they forget about your other debts. You can still initiate recovery actions after your loan is settled.
This is something to remember.
There are some borrowers that believe because they have applied for a udynam certificate they are eligible for settlement discounts. Some think that because they haven’t paid a few emi’s they can accept any amount that the bank gives them.
These 2 statements are false.
RBI has given banks the permission to give certain accommodations to stressed accounts. This includes asking for compromise settlements if they feel you deserve it. You as the debtor will have to provide your financial circumstances. Then they bank will decide what they can offer you.

Why Settle Your MSME Loan?
Most MSMEs do not have emergency funds for situations like this. They live off the incoming funds to pay for the business to run itself.
If you own a factory you need to buy material to make products before your customer pays you. If you own a trading business you need money to buy raw material to continue selling.
This can cause your business to have no revenue. Even if you run a successful business with good intentions.
You have buyers that owe you money. From products your business has already provided. But you also have to make EMI’s to your bank.
Should I pay my vendor or my bank? That was the question running through the business owners above head.
Businesses in Okhla. Mayapuri. Manesar. Faridabad and Greater noida ask themselves this question too.
If your loan is past due you should try and get that overdue loan settled. It will help you avoid extra interest. Blacklisting from banks. Or losing your machine and commercial building.
Loan Settlement Agency can guide you through what information you have. If you should even settle with a one time payment or a loan restructuring. Call us today to see how we can help you.

Get something in writing from your loan officer that they will grant you this OTS. Loan officers can change every 3 months so make sure this is written.
Promising payments you can’t afford
Let’s say they give you an OTS amount you know you can’t pay. You might as well sign yourself over to the bank by trying to pay them that OTS.
